The name of this page ‘SR’ Manifest is called Manifest within the English Dictionary meaning “easily noticed or perceived; obvious”. It is not to be confused with the English Dictionary meaning of ‘Manifesto’ which it is not.
It is, in brief, about some of the realities of the state of the global society that are the source of all of the globes ills that may exist and are the reasons for the creation of the ‘SR’ Technology. The data presented has made an effort to just be about the ‘way things are’ without dissertating any ‘the way things should or could be’. This is in an attempt to be clear and not confusing about the subject.
