Its INTENT as is detailed in the letter is to disseminate the existence of this website, a short but meaningful discussion about the need for the creation and dissemination of the ‘SR’ Technology, the need to pursue its implementation as well as appeals to the individuals reading it.
The letter is in a downloadable .PDF file and may be opened and read or downloaded for local distribution as an attachment to an email or by other means to individuals who may have a desire to or interest in anything that may be instrumental in making a change to the exponentially increasing ills existing on this small planet.
A suggestion and appeal here is that the letter or any part of the ‘SR’ Technology is disseminated without duress to any individual and without hounding them to do anything, leaving it to their choice. Other than this appeal there is no restriction to further disseminate the content of the ‘SR’ Technology provided it remains unaltered and published or disseminated as is.

In future it is hoped that at least this letter, may be published here in other languages besides English. However there are issues that may require extensive work and knowledge (not currently available) of the language in order to retain the full INTENT of the ‘SR’ Technology.
Thus any .PDF in any language other than English is posted here, is just an investigation in using the free GOOGLE translator accessible on the internet. Even though the translator may be able to do a reasonable job of translating simple words and text it will not be able to retain the full INTENT of the ‘SR’ Technology needed to at least also translate the ‘SR’ dictionary and more.
The following is a sample for testing. The very limited knowledge Founder has of the German language makes it not possible for him to evaluate whether the translation is even of the slightest use for individuals familiar with the German language a little more than the general social ‘chit-chat communications.
